This merger officially combines our strengths in worldwide logistics, Information Technology (IT), and large-scale government projects to broaden and enhance aXseum’s service portfolio.

aXseum Solutions, LLC previously acquired Cherokee Information Systems, Inc. (CIS Federal) as a wholly owned subsidiary in June 2016 and renamed CIS Federal to aXseum, Inc. in May 2017. aXseum Solutions, LLC and aXseum, Inc. continued to operate simultaneous projects successfully, but decided to officially combine to streamline processes and provide better service to both employees and customers.
