aXseum is known and continues to be recognized for its commitment to quality.
For the past 5 years, aXseum has conducted its operations under the quality management system (QMS) that has continuously passed surveillance audits which validate our conformance with ISO standards. Previously, aXseum was certified at the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Recently, aXseum has adapted its QMS and passed the audit to match the newest standard, ISO 9001:2015.
The new ISO 9001:2015 standard now incorporates a risk assessment approach to address the internal and external issues affecting the QMS. Specifically, the process includes identification of potential areas of failure and subsequent analysis of failure effects based on severity, frequency and detectability. This process assists the organization in identifying focus areas based on the highest risk of failure.
aXseum’sCOO, Kim Schubin stated “The changes to the new ISO standard are a refreshing step in the direction of data-driven decision making. A risk-based approach helps our company better focus our resources in the most strategic places helping to ensure we continue to deliver a low risk, best value, quality solution to our Customers.”
aXseum demonstrates its commitment to continuous improvement in management process by identifying and launching numerous initiatives for quality improvements. The company’s process improvements are translated into better service and value to its customers. Achieving and maintaining this quality standard is central to aXseum’s effectiveness in helping to provide solutions that fulfil the client’s mission objectives.
