Happy First Quarter everyone! It’s been quite a busy few months for us here at aXseum and we wanted to give everyone a quick update as to what has been going on and what we can look forward to for the rest of this year.
Last summer we acquired and merged with CIS Federal. We’ve been hard at work making sure everyone who works for CIS has been made to feel a part of the aXseum family; and making sure their clients continue to receive the best services possible in the federal government space.
Next let’s talk about Partnerships and Contracts. aXseum takes pride in working with some of the best contractors in the business and developing great working relationships with them. We’ve had the privilege of working with an array of amazing companies over the past few quarters – which has resulted in some compelling mutual opportunities and has allowed us to expand our collateral reach in the federal space. We are proud to be a part of the following winning teams:
- For the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) we partnered with WiSC Enterprises to provide Financial, Lifecycle Acquisitions, and Business Operations services on the EMERALD IDIQ contract.
- For the Army we partnered with OST Inc. to provide a broad range of services including logistics, engineering, acquisition, and business services to the Army on their Better Buying Support Services (B2S2) IDIQ.
- Lastly, we are also happy to announce we partnered with Pragmatics to be a part of their winning team for the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) JETS IDIQ.
And if that wasn’t enough, we are proud to announce CIS Federal, our wholly owned subsidiary, has won the $33 Million Defense Stockpile Management System (DSMS) support services contract with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Work will take place at Fort Belvoir and Kirkland Air Force Base, New Mexico and is expected to continue until 2021.
As for what’s ahead, we will continue to develop aXseum into one of the best small business federal contractors in the industry by providing innovative solutions to our clients problems and – above all else – the best customer service possible. We look to expand our footprint within the Defense community and make the same impact we’ve made there with federal civilian agencies. We will also be changing the CIS name over to aXseum Inc. which will bring everyone under one umbrella. You can also look for some of our team members at various events around town like the Army Ten Miler and other various charity events around the nation’s capital.
It was a great 2016 and looking to be an even better 2017 for aXseum.
